Our official website is mainly used for product information and business inquiries. We do not process direct online checkout through this website. However, this policy is provided for customers who purchase our products through approved B2C online channels linked to our product listings.

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery, for any reason, for eligible B2C retail purchases.

Please note that we do not sell to or ship to individual from the European Union.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Returned with the original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Free from damage, grease, marks, or signs of installation.
  • Returned complete with all included parts and components.

Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us first with your order number, purchase channel, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging.Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different item, side, model, or specification, please return the original item first and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method, where applicable.

For B2B, wholesale, distributor, dealer, importer, reseller, or bulk orders, return, refund, warranty, claim, and replacement terms shall be handled according to the agreed commercial terms, quotation, invoice, purchase order, commercial invoice, or separate written agreement between both parties.
