Professional Evolution: We have been ISO certified since 2010. In October 2022, we proudly achieved IATF 16949:2016 certification, signifying that our production processes meet the highest global standards for the automotive industry.
Smart Manufacturing: In 2018, we implemented Smart Factory Management 4.0 (MES), followed by SCM and WMS integration in 2020. These digital upgrades ensure enhanced efficiency, full traceability, and data accuracy across our manufacturing subsystems.

Environmental Stewardship: In October 2025, we officially achieved ISO 14001:2015 certification (Certified by ARES International). Following our comprehensive carbon inventory in 2023, we continue to strengthen our ESG goals by reducing waste and optimizing energy consumption.
Talent Quality (TTQS): Our team is our greatest asset. By implementing the Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) and earning the Bronze certification, we actively invest in employee training. This ensures that our technical expertise is sustained and upgraded to meet the future challenges of the automotive market.

1984.03	Xiu Chen Industry was founded by Mr. Cho, with a dedicated and immediate focus on CNC machining.
2004.04	GAP underwent a significant re-engineering process in 2005. This pivotal restructuring marked a new era for the company, focusing on its continued growth and success.
2005.06	In a pivotal alliance with AUTOMAX CORP USA, we proudly commenced supplying the largest aftermarket manufacturer across North America. This strategic partnership significantly expanded our reach and established our presence within the highly competitive North American market.
2010.06	ISO 9001: 2008 Certified.
2012.01	Consequently, our u3ERP system has been fully implemented, leading to enhanced efficiency and improved data management across all departments, especially on manufacturing sub-system. This crucial technological upgrade empowers us to deliver even greater value to our clients.
2013.09	In order to provide exceptional service to our 2-tier OEM value customer, we secured both ISO 9001:2008 and TS16949:2009 certifications.
2015.10	Looking back at a milestone year, GAP was honored with the D&B( Dun & Bradstreet ) Small and Medium Enterprise Elite Award(2015). D-U-N-S Number: 65-629-3094.
2015.11	Taichung City Government honored us with the Excellent Factory Award.
2016.09	ISO 9001: 2015 Certified.
2018.12	We introduced and implemented Smart Factory Management 4.0 (MES).
2019.10	Recipient of the Prestigious Golden Hand Award by Taichung City Government
2020.09	Our team successfully implemented supply chain management (SCM) and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) application. Furthermore, we’ve begun designing high-performance suspension and steering systems specifically for tuning cars.
2022.10	We proudly earned IATF 16949:2016 certification, reflecting our commitment to global automotive quality standards. We earned the Bronze certification for the Enterprise version of the Talent Quality Management System (TTQS).
2022.12	We’ve started working with our new US client, supplying ball studs for their performance cars and 4×4 off-road vehicles.
2023.08	We successfully completed a company-wide carbon inventory. This effort allowed us to better understand our greenhouse gas emissions and, in turn, strengthen our commitment to sustainability and ESG goals.
2025.06	Our team manager visited India and Sri Lanka as the delegation leader in collaboration with TAITRA.
2025.10	Certified with ISO 14001:2015, we align with global standards to protect our shared planet.
