MOQ and Shipment Requirements
Great Auto Parts’ MOQ varies by product type:
- CNC Machining Parts / Customized OEM & ODM: 500 pcs
- Suspension Parts (Ball Joint, Rack End, Tie Rod End, Stabilizer Link, Control Arm): MOQ is based on full carton quantity (e.g., 30 pcs per carton = 30 pcs MOQ)
Note: For international orders, we require a minimum shipment value of US$ 10,000. Orders below this value will incur a US$ 200 handling fee.

Warranty Coverage for Sample & Bulk Orders
We offer a 2-year or 50,000 KM limited warranties (whichever comes first) on assembled parts. This applies to all aftermarket parts on:
- Ball Joints
- Rack Ends
- Tie Rod Ends
- Stabilizer Links
- Control Arms
- Pitman Arms
Warranty is valid under standard operating conditions. Details available upon request.
Lead Time for Sample Production
Lead times (calendar days) vary depending on the part:
- Ball Joint / Tie Rod End: 60 days
- Rack End: 50 days
- Stabilizer Link: 40 days
- Control Arm: 90 days
- OEM / ODM / Motorcycle / Military Chassis Parts: Depending on specifications
Payment terms for Free Sample Orders
For new overseas customers, Great Auto Parts’ terms are:
- 50% down payment, 50% CAD
- We offer free samples (4 pcs/item), with freight cost paid by the customer
This allows you to evaluate quality without any upfront product cost—just cover the shipping!
